MACKAGE: couture-inspired, luxe materials. Body-conscious silhouettes created with precise tailoring and elegant details like distinctive leather accents, mixed with a raw, artistic edge. The styling is distinctly urban, with military details, antique hardware, belts, and collars that are contoured and often oversized; ornamentation is spare yet inventive. ERAN ELFASSY and ELISA DAHAN, lifelong friends who attended Fashion College together, were “discovered” by fashion fans in 1999, when they were just 20. Their first Collection, of sexy, chic leathers, was an instant hit. Based in Montreal, the duo has expanded their empire, opening showrooms in both Toronto, and more recently, New York and Paris, which will serve as European Headquarters for the company. MACKAGE has captured a huge following in a very short time due to a vision of sleek, beautifully-made, glamorous Outerwear for women of all ages, who don’t want to blend into the crowd.
